Who is invited? All registered Daviess County Democrats

When? April 26 at 10:00 AM. Doors close at 10:00 AM. No one will be admitted past 10:00 AM

Where? IBEW 1701 Meeting Hall (2911 W Parrish Ave, Owensboro, KY 42301; across from Moonlite)

What is reorganization? Every four years, the Kentucky Democratic Party (KDP) is rebuilt from the ground up. Leadership is elected at the precinct, county, and state levels. Democratic leaders are responsible for many important tasks including recruiting and supporting Democratic candidates for office, training and supporting volunteers, and shaping the Democratic platform.

Generally, reorganization coincides with Presidential election years. However, the COVID pandemic pushed the last reorganization to 2021, and instead of having reorganization in 2024, the KDP decided to have it in 2025 which is an off-election year in Kentucky. 

At the Daviess County Democratic Reorganization, precinct and Daviess Co. Democratic leaders will be elected. State leaders will be elected at the state convention this summer in Owensboro.
